Facebook is recently testing a Business Manager dashboard, that according to experts, will offer administrators the option to control pages and ad accounts from one place. Businesses that will be given access to this platform won’t need to create fake profiles to manage a page and won’t need to friend someone (or know their email) in order to give them access to manage a certain page.

At the first stages of the platform release, only agencies and large businesses will be offered to use it. Those companies who will get access, will be able to manage pages, ads and users, all from one location.

Options that will be added:

Business Employee – this admin will be able to see all of the information in the business settings but won’t be able to make any changes.

Ad Account Admin – will be able to manage all aspects of campaigns and set ad account spending limits.

Ad Account Advertiser – will be able to see and edit ads and set up ads.

Ad Account Analyst – will be able to see ad performance.

Page Moderator – will be able to respond to and delete comments on the Page, send messages as the Page, create ads, and view insights, but won’t be able to post as the Page.

Page Advertiser – will be able to create ads for the Page and view insights, but won’t be able to post as the Page.

Page Analyst – will be able to view insights, but won’t be able to post as the Page.

It is still unknown whether in the beginning, access will be limited to large companies only, but in the future, this option will probably be open for all business pages and admins.
